I've normally never had bad PMS. I get a little emotional and cramp the first few days of my period. I'm due to start in a few days and the other night i noticed light spotting once. I have had cramps, a backache, some numbness in hand and today my lymph glands under my right arm are sore. Is this normal PMS? I'm worried.

I have had the backaches and spotting but the swollen glands and numbness are not usually associated with Pre-Menstrual Syndrome.
I would go to the doctor, it I were you.

pms is expireneced by many women. but also there are a few who do not have it. the cause is unknow and so is the reason why only some women expirence it. it also becomes more comon with age. if you never had it b4 its possible just to get it once in your life for some reason then never have it again. i have a medical book with me and here are some symtoms
feeling mad, sad, emotional, wanting to be left alone
craving salty or chocolate foods
feeling tired
weight gain
swollen breasts
cramps
acne
headaches
back aches
dizziness
contsipation
those are just a few symptons of pms. you shouldnt have numbness or soreness of the lymph glnads. the soreness could be a sign of an infection. well i hope this helps!

Get it checked out by a doctor. Swollen lymph glands indicate you have an infection and numbness is not a side effect of PMS;

The symptoms you're describing (cramps, numbness in hand,and the swollen lymph glands) are not PMS.
You should see a doctor.

Ya it can be normal. I'm the same way around my period.

the odds are you probaly have a very bad STD and you will die in probally 2-4 days so go buy a casket before they get to expensive.....bye
