I have a 10 month old, and she eats just abt anything we eat provided its not too spicy or hard. But for her meals, its usually carrots, rice cereal, yogurt, fruits, rice, potatoes, etc.
1. Can you please share some simple recipes I can make for her what kinds of food to feed her.
2. Can i feed her cooked fish now and then?

Make your foods less spicy and hard and feed her the same thing you are eating. Don't become a short order cook for her!

I have a 10-month old as well. As for finger foods, I feed mine corn, lima beans, finely sliced pears, apples, broccoli, turkey, chicken etc. I feed him the finger foods after I feed him a serving of baby food. Breakfast is mixed grain cereal with pears, then Cheerios and/or fruit. Lunch is usually baby food and then the finger foods etc.

I'm waiting a year for seafood. I recommend the Super Baby Food Book for recipes. It's great!

You can feed her mild tasting pieces of fish (just a little bit and only once in a while), just make sure it's not fried or broiled. Boil fish filet with carrots and dill (no salt or any other spices) and give her a few pieces. You can slightly overcook it to make sure it's nice and soft. It's tasty and good for her, and it's also a good source of DHA, which is essential for baby development.

My son eats a little fish and he likes tuna. I take and cook egg noodles, put a little butter and then put a can of cream of musroom soup and a little milk get that cooking and then put a can of tuna in it or little bites of chicken. He loves it. Or I make green bean casserole and he loves it. He will eat veggies if I melt velveeta on them and chop them up. I but the frozen kind. Oatmeal w/ a little brown sugar and cinnamon. I make him a grilled cheese sometimes. She should be able to start trying all kinds of different things as long as it's soft or chopped up.

no fish! under cooked noodles are great and sorta funny, add butter (just a tad bit) or some flavoring like baby food and let her go at it. she will love it.warm tortillas, tator tots. those are the carbs, try cooking (and cooling) the veggies, let her have fruits and a veggie dip she likes it will help her devlop that skill of dipping and remembering to do it. also try the samdwich maker. its great. you put in a slice of bread, stack things she likes on it and then put another peice on it. then you just close the lid and toast them till they stick togeh=ther. you can get them online or at a thrift store.

pretty much what your feeding her now is good, I wouldn't give fish until she's about 1. Just what you feed her has to be diced, blended. crushed ,etc. but you have the idea.
