genuinely C - searching for structural (i.e. on a protein factor) and genetic (i.e. gene sequence and shared homology) similarities. the 2d section is somewhat carried out by technique of genomic sequencing (highly now that the human genome has been totally sequenced). the first bit is more effective complicated, because the "proteome" of an organism isn't continuously properly commonplace.
