You mean cleaning files on a pc system, easy as pie mate:
â Start menu
â Programmes
â Applications
â System Tools
â Disk Defragment
â Select the drive (noramally C) that is your main hard drive
â Click analyse
â After the Analysis click Defrag
â This will take a while (maybe a day on a slow PC)
It basically moves files to make tyhem quicker to reach..
I would also concider buying more RAM (memory) to speed up a pc..

Honestly the best way is to make a back up of all your data files that are important..and then format and re-install windows, and then install a software firewall, anti-virus and spyware program. Dont install something that goes and cleans spyware AFTER it's installed...get something that PREVENTS it from being installed.
Then install your other programs, then your data. It's a pain, but honestly it is the best way. Cleaning applications and such after they've been installed will improve the speed, but nothing like a fresh reformat and install.
