Ouch, No man OR woman should have that on their bed.
Now there's nothing to say that a man in touch with his feminine side cannot have a little pink going on. I would suggest looking for a pink bespread with more clean lines. Something with either a subtle geometric pattern or just solid pink and maybe do a bedskirt in a complimentary color.

Only if he's in a very secure relationship with someone who likes it too or has no plans to ask people to his bed in the near future. This thing is way way too girly and froufrou for even most girls (and I am a girl, who btw likes pink too).

Very funny. You found just about the most feminine bed set-up I have seen. Yes, a guy can have it, but he will not be able to get a woman into it with him without explanation (if that is what he wants).
