It does when I vacation somewhere else in the country and forget about the time difference when the plane lands or get jet lag because of it. Also, attention must be paid when calling someone in another state. I have woken people at odd hours before when I was not thinking.

It only gets confusing if you are visiting an area that is very near the separation line. Otherwise you get used to it. I love our big beautiful country.

yeh it is for a while. but if you talk to someone who lives in a different time zone, then it gets easier. its the same if you talk to someone in a different country. after a while you just get used to it.

no not really. depends really if you know where the states are and what the time zones are. its rather easy in my opinion to remember the zones.
