What type of blocks? What are you trying to do that you are being prevented from doing and, most importantly, what person or organization placed these blocks on your computer?

Are you talking about blocked websites? I would google "proxy surfing" or something of the sorts.
Proxy websites will redirect you to sites that might be blocked by your network firewall.

it sounds like you need a proxy site, try www.3proxy.com or one from http://www.freewebproxy.org/.
If you aren't looking for a http proxy then you're gonna have to give more details about what you're trying to get around

yes www.vtunnel.com type in ur site and it will get you in the site and also unblock it for good. good luck
