Clinton in a landslide. Bush has been shown to be incompetent, and people can now see (if they're not poisoned by irrational hate) that Clinton did a good job. Good enought to deserve a little action on the side, I'd say.

While we know Clinton cannot run again, he would definitely win. All you have to do is look at President Bush's approval ratings on the war in Iraq. While the people here will disagree about who's better, the recent election is definitive. Bush could not win with the war in Iraq escalating. The vast majority of Americans disapprove of the war and the recent troop "surge." Also, at this time, the President seems disengaged from his own party, so he lacks support from everyone except the most conservative Republicans. The American people were upset that Clinton lied about Monica Lewinsky, but are far more upset with each American death in Iraq.

I would pray that we still have some people in the USA with at least a small amount of brain activity. I am reading that most of you think that our economy was better when Clinton was in. Do you all not remember who closed a good number of military bases. What do you think that did to our economy? A lot of those city's depended on the military. And why do you think our country is in the state that it is in now? Because Clinton did not let the military finish the job during the 1st Gulf War. I would hope Bush would win, at least he has some balls!

First of all, there wouldn't be any competition really. Clinton would win if you consider the way Bush has ran our Nation thus far. When Clinton was our President he didn't lie to us regarding nuclear weapons in Iraq but Bush did just so we could send our troops into a war that was a no win scenerio.Clinton's problem was he couldn't keep a straight face with his sexual intentions for other women. But here again we voted for Clinton to be our President knowing about his flirtations when he was Gov. so whose mistake was that? But lying to the nation just to get our troops to a foreign land and spending billions was unforgiveable. Bush has made too many mistakes and has lied too many times so I truley believe that Clinton would win if he ran against Bush Jr.

Bill Clinton would win. I voted for George W. Bush; however, he had a difficult time defeating Al Gore. Clinton was a much stronger candidate for taking the moderates away from Bush than was Gore.

At this point, I could beat George.Clinton was a good president but he was a man and men like a little extra excitement once in a while and that's the main thing people remember about him[Monica]. If you think for one minute Clinton was our only president that got a little on the side, then you are very naive. He just got caught.

Bill Clinton had an everyman appeal that you just couldn't deny, it went over well with blue collar America which is a large number of voters.

I am apt to think Bill Clinton would have won. He is a more personable, outgoing candidate, whom I believe would relate to the American public on a level Bush is incapable of.

I would say Bill Clinton. Everyone has to be getting tired of seeing their hard earned money wasted on the war and their love ones dying. Especially the ones who have became a father and never layed eyes on their new born baby. Besides we could really use or man and women back home and we could sure use all the money wasted on the war to help with storm disaster and to rebuild school districts. Shouldnt the education of American childern be more important?
