the reason that this has caused such a stink, is because each and every person fits into the different roles we see in the house: Jade & Friends, a group of ignorant indviduals formed together to create a gang and abuse the minority in every other way except the one that is obvious. whether it is racism or bullying this goes on in the world today.
Shilpa, the minority who is abused by the majority and made to feel like an outsider from the word go, nothing can be done correctly every attempt to fit in fails.
the others, who stand by and do nothing to put a stop to the situation, they bury their heads in the sand and hope it will go away or they will not be the next target.
i think that channel four should be condemmed as they allowed the situation to go on unchallanged, but it cannot be blamed for some of the views that memebers of society hold. i think that the opportunity to discuss race issues, should not be wasted as we can all learn from this as individuals.

Allways amusing to hear the old race card being played by Indians/Pakistanis........again... We are bored; please do something else other then play the race card and say we have offended your faith to grab attention. Lets face it, if similar insults had been directed at a white person, no one would have cared. It really is very sad. You must be a really insecure bunch in that you constantly take offence at such things.
I hate Jade Goody but telling the Indians/Pakistanis to go back home is probably the wisest thing she has ever said. Maybe then we will get some peace and quiet instead of incessant moaning and whinging. I am sure you will have a better life where you came from originally as it is obvious it is such a nightmare living over here. Why not give it a try? You will not be missed.

i dont live in the uk but i did check out some clips on you tube, and i dont think jade is racist i think shes jealous of shilpa because she is so beutiful, jade looks like a mutt, well i cant believe how big of a deal people make over this in the us theyr is hatred and racism thats ten times worse,

I dont watch this sort of t.v but as a trade union activist I would have to say that any kind of attack on someone because they have different believes is totall wrong.
