2006 dodge grand caravan 4500 miles and brakes locked up does anyone have any idea why?

also i am in a whelchair and i have the van modifed so that i can drive it, but this is not the reason that they locked up i have been told...i was turning the corner (in the rain) and they locked up...will they unlock by themselves?

I doubt they will unlock themselves. I would get the company that modified the van to check it out. That is if they modified the brake system. Could be a valve stuck. But that is not a normal thing and needs to get fixed. There must be some kind of warranty on their work.

this vehicle is under warranty. take it to the dealer.
