what does this have to do with theater and acting? there are people who don't believe in god because they don't see any results from prayer or do not feel that there is any necessity to believe there is something higher than them but that it is better to live to live in the here and now and to work with there dreams and not delude themselves that there is something out there that will give you the answer. There are people who want to discover for themselves and not be told that everything all ready has an answer but you aren't allowed to see it. There are people who prefer substance to an unattainable figure. There are people who simply are creeped out by other people who do believe in god and their ideas and just want to keep their thoughts to themselves and reallly i should be doing my work so i'm just gonna log off. So bye-bye, that's the end off my rant.

No one has talk to them about GOD when they were children. Other ones grown up in christian families, or other religions; they think they don't believe in anything than themselves, such is not too bad,Christianity teach you to believe in your self, so they keep them self's in a half point of believe where they deny any possibility of an authority over the whole universe.
They just want to be happy and not worry some one is watching them.
Sounds to me like those are upset about the cameras they installed for security .
They are just arrogant and not humbles at some points with their beliefs.
Why???? They renounce their own nature and block their part of their brain who wants to believe, again , just to be more happy.
This happiness that keeps them not only away from the REAL TRUTH but temporary happiness.
They could be even more happy and more complicate life if they believe in some bigger authority than the Universe who they may give accountability of their life's. ( for that they can do what ever they are pleased )

No one told them about God.
They were raised in a home that was atheistic.
They had a problem that they took to God and felt that God didn't answer it the way He should have done.
They feel there is no proof of God's existence.
They fear mockery by their peers.
They prefer magical thinking.
They might have a mental disorder that prevents them from being able to grasp the concept of God.

For the same reason that people don't believe in a pink elephant playing a guitar. People can talk about it, since language allows for such a construct, but no one has actually seen or sensed it in a provable way.

Most people that don't belive in Him was just never brought up like that. They never went to church and or never prayed. They just didn't follow that path along life.

Maybe no one has taken the time to talk with them about God. Maybe because we have taken God out of all we do. For example we have taken God out of our schools that is why schools and children are out of control. If you know someone like this it's your duty to talk with this person about God.

it is because mostly in my opinion they have a lot of problems with their families and lives, but even if they do pray, they are not answered and they are led to thinking that if their parents dont support them and God doesnt answer them that God doesnt exist at all because they hear all those stories about God answering their prayers but they do not feel that they are answered.

Cause some people know life sucks, so why should the afterlife be any different?
And personally, some people who are created by god are just terrible people.

because believing in God requires some responsibilities..these varies from religion to religion...to believe in God one should perform regular worshipping...some of people dont believe in God just because they cant see God...in fact those are blind..because the world , which was created in an artistic style , is an enough proof to those who dont believe in..if the world have created itself randomly , this harmony in the nature wouldnt have obtained...they cant think this...but everyone will see the reality after death but it will be too late to compansate...:((
