I mean,The babyboomer generation does not use text messaging,or there cellphones for calls as much as the recent generation.I use my cellphone for basically texting and I make Occasional phone calls on it here and there, but my mom is 49,and she looks at me when I have like 2 voice messages, and shes like "Do you run a business!?"and then when I get a text message shes like "Why do you always do that?Whats the point?!"So,can anyone tell me,Why does the older generation not use cellphones as much as the newer generation??

... because X generation is glued to the cell phone. Baby boomer's parents complained about their children being glued to the telephone.

What goes around comes around ... X generation parents will not like some techno-innovation that descends upon their children also. They'll complain about their children being glued to the XYZ.
