How do I change the streaming memory on my computer?

I am trying to watch a streaming video and a window pop up telling me that it can not show the video becouse I don't have enough memory. Please help! Thank you.

This is shown for 2 possible reasons..
(1) You dont have enough physical RAM in your machine. Upgrade to at least 512Mb. It is preferable to use 2Gb.
(2) Your graphics card is too old or has too little memory on it. Replace your graphics card, or if you have a laptop, buy a new one.

Increase your Virtual Memory, look in system under Control panel.
If that Fails, then Increase Physical Memory.
