What do you achieve and whatdo you loose?

No helps you to build your personality.
No helps you to show people you'r not weak, as long as you'r using it reasonably and always for a good reason.
don't forget that excess in everything is poison for you and others surrounding you.

I achieve another day of sobriety and I lose all the glorious fun I THINK I would have if I said yes.
And I never have to go to rehab again!

I think the power of the word no depends on who you are saying it to. You never no how sensitive a person can get when you say NO. For examply if someone im really not interested comes up to me and says, "Would you like to go out with me?" I would never say the word no i would say something like, "Im sorry but im really not interested"
