No, guys in general do not talk as much as women....
example: guys saying hi- "hey"
women saying Hi- Hey...oh my god it's so good to see you, you look great and I love your haircut....it looks so good with those earrings, and your outfit is so cool......did you hear about.....blah....blah....blah
Not bashing, we are just built different.
Guys need down time!

But are you selfish for not respecting there space?
