This may be the only way to stop the total war they are planning.
we are in for hell if we do not stop these maniacs from attacking the world and getting us all killed. I fear our weenie congress will never take such bold steps so we are all doomed.

Thanks for all the answers, I guess I struck a nerve. I think that it is well documented in many places the laws that have been broken. maybe FOX news is not telling you everything. I am asking a question not giving a speech or trying to document crimes. If you disagree, fine, but please do not ask me to do your research and provide you with facts for you to argue with.
If you like your head in the sand, enjoy your ignorant bliss until they come for you in the night. by then it will be too late.

Congress should absolutely impeach Bush and Cheney so that they can be charged with war crimes and crimes against the American people!
Then Hang them!

You guys that keep asking about what crimes have been committed and such don’t understand the Democrap ‘double-speak’ lexicon. The meaning of “impeachment” to them has nothing to do with crimes or the constitution, it means: “grab political power by any means necessary”. Why wait and take a chance on losing the next election? By then, the Democraps will have had to come up with at least one alternative proposal that the electorate will buy.
Wiretapping known foreign terrorists conversations with American citizens during a time of war is not ‘spying’ and its not ‘domestic’ as we so often wrongly hear. To not do so would be criminally negligent. I would be in favor of impeaching Bush if he hadn’t had the NSA listening to those conversations!

No. And for what? Because the Democrats are not getting their way? That is not an impeachable offense.
Did you know that we are in Iraq trying to prevent a total war that other maniacs want to start? Get your facts straight.

Do you leftists never get tired of regurgitating the same old tired line of bovine excrement???
"We don't like the President" is NOT sufficient grounds for impeachment. Go find copy of the Constitution and read Art. 2, Sec. 4 thereof. Unlike his libidinous and perjurious predecessor, President Bush has committed neither high crime nor misdemeanor.

No ... as we saw with the Clinton impeachment, it would become too much of a political question - and won't stay focused on the trial of the President/Vice President. It wouldn't stay focused on the question of was there wrongdoing and it would spin out of control.

Your question is based on the unsubstaniated accusation that the President plans a "total war" and also plans on "attacking the world".
These are serious accuations and you should definitley back them up with credible evidence before asking such a question.
So: My answer is this: We shouldn't impeach anyone without hard evidence.

No crimes committed. Perhaps you will feel better when Iran and Venezuela control all of the worlds oil. You add that with the democrats binding our hands over here in tapping our own resources and you had better learn to do without power or pay the price for it.

nicely, this "waste of time" is going to backfire on the Democrats. human beings decide for issues solved like gasoline expenditures and the 25 million unlawful aliens. they could be engaged on something to help us. Who cares approximately Bush? he would be out of there in some months besides. this might backfire and human beings are going to be furious they are dropping helpful time in this. No. They should do something more productive. If they proceed with this crap, paybacks are a *****. It'll just stir up hatred and divide the country even more.
