There may be some way to sell or transfer your contract, but, by a nature, a contract is a binding agreement you agree to do something, and if you renege, you must pay a penalty of some sort.

Not really, but there are a couple of websites that allow you to sell your plan to someone else. simplyselluer.com, or you could simply tell them that you are moving to an area that has no service. Do your research on this one though. We can't make you pay for service that we are not providing to you.
