This woman is heartless! She hides behind her grandchildren on TV to make it seem like shes a family woman. Her record says another thing! She uses those children as a tool to make people believe she's a christian family woman to get support. It's very simple! You cant be Catholic, and Pro-Abortion!

Get used to the idea of her saying whatever is politically correct. I don't believe she is a true Christian.
Why do the pro-murder crowd pretend that abortion is a way to save children from having to grow up in poverty. there have been so many that have overcome poverty to become great leaders--their beliefs sound very close to that of the Nazis.

What I don't understand is why the Archbishop of San Francisco allows her to take the Sacraments. Canon Law is very forthright on the subject. As a Catholic public office holder, she has the absolute duty to work against the murder of the unborn. Her support of their killing incurs a latae sententiae excommunication. The Archbishop needs to grow a pair and let the Comrade Speaker know that one cannot purport to be Catholic and in communion with Rome and still publicly support abortion.

Religion is - by it's nature a relationship between a human and God. Most faiths that I have come into contact with verify this that a 'personal relationship' with God is the core of their foundation.
That said, being Catholic and a stand on a public policy issue are two separate things. If the law was equal Catholic dogma (or any faith of your choice) then, absolutely, you could not have the free will to decide an issue, the church would decide it for you.
Thank God that America has separated 'church' and 'state'.

she will't. that is that straightforward. in the course of the in basic terms right election, the Church made it very clean that professional-abortion/professional-determination applicants and elected officials were obviously going adverse to Church preparation. They went even further, indicating that Catholics can no longer vote for professional-abortion/professional-determination applicants. In doing so, various Bishop's indicated that if John Kerry got here into one among their church homes, they could ought to refuse him the Eucharist. an same judgements might want to note to Speaker Pelosi.

You are terribly confused. Only heartless idiots are "pro-abortion". No one in their right mind wants babies to be aborted. The issue here is choice. They endorse a woman's right to choose. This is an issue that cannot be legislated. It is between a woman and God. I am Christian and my heart aches for every unborn child that is terminated. But I don't have the right to make that decision for another person. God's judgment will be imposed at the appropriate time. It's not our role to be judge and jury. Read the Bible.

The fact that millions of Catholics are pro-abortion shows youo CAN be Catholic and pro-abortion. What you are saying is you MUST'NT, but that's matter of opinion.
As for "seem like she's a family woman", she IS! Just because she won't tell other women that they must gestate does not mean she is not devoted to her children and grandchildren.

Nobody is "Pro Abortion"
Who seeks out pregnant woman and demands that they terminate their pregnancy immediately?
She, like me, is pro-choice.
She supports a woman's ability to choose, on her own, hopefully with the help of a doctor and the father, what to do with a surprise and unexpected pregnacy.
If you had a cancerous growth and some nut said it was a life growing in your body that you had to carry around, would you give his argument any weight?
Conservatives don't like the government telling them what to do with their land, but they want to tell women what to do with their BODIES. but once these children are born the caring is gone. a poor woman with child MUST carry her baby to term even if she has no healthcare. But once the baby is born, and the bills are due, and the baby needs to be fed, she is on her own.
That is heartless.

Uh sorry to disappoint you there sparky, but my grandparents are very very Catholic and pro life Democrats.
So you can be Catholic and Pro- CHOICE, its called being an intelligent enough person to separate your religious beliefs from your political beliefs because you realize not everyone believes the same as you.
Being pro-choice, is not the same as supporting abortion, it is supporting a woman's right to choose.

Listen, the last two things that you could use together in a sentence would be Nancy Pelosi and logic. She's an ultra-leftist Liberal and logic doesn't even enter the equasion.

I also vividly remember your president as he vetoed the Stem Cell measure........weren't there a bunch of kids surrounding HIM?
