it all depends on the event, party or diner a skirt will be nice and to the movies and the mall pants will be ok

Skirts are nice cause they show off ur legs and butt. Plus it makes for easy access anywhere. Sundresses can be hot too since they are also easy access. So my point is yes...easy access!
