IN TEXAS THERE ARE MANY REAL ESTATE INSPECTOR THAT WERE STREET PEOPLE WHO TOOK A CLASS. WHEN , I DID THERE WERE 2 HOME BUILDER SUPERINTENDENTS ( I WAS 1 ) & AN ENGINEER. EVER TIME THE TEACHER USED A TERM LIKE.... WINDOW STOOL, JOIST, RIDGE BEAM, ETC.... EVERONE'S HAND RAISED IN THE CLASS! ( WHAT A JOKE! )

TERMITE HAVE TO BE IDENTIFIED & TRAETED BY A LISCENSED PEST CONTROL YAHOO!

NONDESTRUCTIVE / INVASIVE TESTING... DON'T OPEN A FURNACE, IT MIGHT BREAK, THEN YOU ( THE INSPECTOR) IS RESPONSIBLE!


MOST OF THE OTHER STUFF IS SUBJECTIVE & THEY JUST USUALLY GIVE AN OPINION OF WHAT THEY SEE WHILE WALKING BY!
