which do you prefer to upgrade first? coil spring or shock absorber?

i have a isuzu d-max 4x2 pick up.
which of those two do you prefer to upgrade?\

in front are:
Independent Double Wishbone
with Torsion Bar Springs and Stabilizer Bar (what does it mean? does it have coil spring and shock absrober too?)

rear:
Semi-Elliptic Leaf Springs with Telescopic Shock Absorbers

Duh....It does not have coil springs.

Yeah definitely springs. If the shocks were bad your car would kinda ride like a boat on water.
