It is a KvCD torrent that I am not exactly sure how or what I need to open. It is a .bin file though.

download magic iso, and then try to extract the bin file.

the .bin file is an image of a CD. Essentially an exact copy of the disk stored as one special big file.
Two easy things you can do:
1) Use your burning software and select the Burn Image option and burn the CD. Just point to the .bin file and burn it.
2) Mount the image using Nero or Deamon tools.

Download daemon tools www.daemon-tools.cc install and mount the bin image. Daemon creates virtual cd drives that you can view under my computer.
