parrots!!!!!!! i love the way they look, the fact that most can talk and my favorite thing is when they turn their little head sideways and look at you as if trying to figure out what the hell is wrong with you. they just crack me up.

Elephants... The seem to display emotions: Grief at the site of a deceased elephant, Joy when the reunite with another tribe, and of course... Motherly Love!

Another pet you may be interested in is a pet called a 'Dictionary'. They don't tend to make any annoying sounds and guess what, they don't make a mess on the carpet! But, to actually answer your question and not be an annoying obnoxious weirdo, my favorite animal is a turtle.
