Technically, it's a heterosexual relationship, because it's a man and woman together. In fact, no matter how you look at it, it's a heterosexual relationship (whether you believe they're still their respective sexes, no matter how they 'change' their sex, or, like me, believe they are whatever they say they feel they are inside).
In fact, if you want to see an example of this, rent or buy the documentary "Southern Comfort". It's about a female-to-male transsexual named Robert Eads (spelling?) who's bascially waiting to die because no doctor will treat his cervical or ovarian cancer (I can't quite remember which it was). He was married to a male-to-female transsexual named Lola.
