Okay me and my friend's hubby were at a little get together at their house and we heard him tell her she can't walk and talk at the same time and that she has alot of book sense but no common sense and I thought that was totally mean, he physically abuses her at times and mentally abuses her all the time I mean I know they use to fight but she has stopped and he is still fighting her and brings times when she use to hit him. I just don't think it's right I see she's changed but he hasn't I wish she would just leave the jerk what do yall think?

Sure sounds like he is totally a jerk! Good luck trying to help her,but a lot of times these people can`t see clearly to get out of a situation.

wow, I think if she doesn't care what the guy is doing to her than that must mean she likes him for looks. If she doesn't want to leave the jerk than just leave them both alone with there relationship. Also if it still bothers you than talk to him in a serious way and tell him how u feel and to stop doing whatever he's doing to your friend. If he still does it than i don't know what to tell you, but that maybe your friend will come to her senses and stop liking the dude. I hope this answer works for you!!

Well the question is why were you there with your friends hubby and not your friend? What goes on between those 2 is their business, not yours. your going to be sorry if you get involved. But you never said what brought it all on.
and if you really care for her and know shes being physically abused, then do somethine about it, because you may be his next target, if you step into his path. its your choice. what would you do if it was your sister/or someone your related to.
which is more important to you, your friendship with him or your friendship with her?

She's a woman with no self esteem and a complete loser for a husband. She believes the beating she gets are deserved or it happens to everyone. She thinks he's really not a bad guy. She's the type of woman you here about tragically on the news..

Wow, I noticed you don't care to use very many periods when you type.. Oh, sorry about that. To answer your question, she should threaten to leave if he keeps on doing these things. Trust me, I know tons of jerks like that, its no common plot anymore. And, if he really is abusing her, talk to the police, I'm sure they will work something out...Whuhaha. I bet the police could put him on probation for the rest of his life for all I care. Well, you take care.

She should leave him before he gets worse. If he thinks he can get away with what he is doing now, then he will keep pushing her. Tell her to leave his *** and find someone who will care about her and make her truly happy in life. She doesnt want to spend her life with him with this abuse everyday till she dies, if he doesnt kill her first.

Yes - it sounds like she needs to leave him - but only she can do that. You can't make her do it. You can only be her friend and let her know that you are there for her and will help her any way that you can.

she needs to get some confidence and her self esteem back and realize that she needs to leave this guy because he is abusing and disrespecting her while in the presence of others and she can do much better without him in her life....

Perhaps if you and her "friends" will quit bashing her hubby and let them work out their problems, they will have a chance to work with each other on their marriage...you do not have to go to bed with him...she does...you are doing more harm than good to your friend...STAY OUT OF IT!

He doesn't sound like a nice person but your friend has to make up her own mind.

Be there for your friend if she does decide to leave him but stay out of it otherwise. It is her business.
