Since I'm from the extreme south of Georgia, I would say the snow is the lesser. Since we never get any, its a trip to watch people try to drive in it and of course here, most everyone closes up when it snows cuz people don't know how to drive in it. When its just cold, its depressing. The snow is fun for us!

I'll take the snow. Like someone said....it doesn't have to be 10 degrees to snow. So, snow can actually be warmer.
Breathing in extreme cold can freeze your lungs.

Snow, because it doesn't have to be -10 to -20 degrees Fahrenheit for it to snow.

I think I'd take the cold, as long as the streets are clear. Bundling up is easier than shoveling snow.
