You will have to call and check around. Make sure it is not a state with a compact agreement. I live in Colorado and my friend got his because it is not a compact state yet.

A few years ago you would have been able to, but now every state's driving records are all connected, so if you go anywhere else to try and get a license, that state will see that you had one revoked in NC.

Blame it on computers

VA is not going to let you drive if you have a revoked license from NC. Forget about it and go to Alabama or some crap like that.

Change you last name to Amigo and then pretend to not be able to speak English. This works in California. Lose the Tar Heels baseball cap as well.
