Call it!! Don't listen to the people who tell you to check out whitepages.com & stuff like that......you can only do reverse look-up on published/listed LAND lines with that. There is not a way to look up cell phone numbers because those are not published. If there were a site you could look them up then, more often than not, you'd have to PAY to find out the owner of the number.

Go to Google, type in Reverse Phone Directory. There are several different free ones that will come up you can use. Cell phones can be done for a small fee.

anywho.com has a reverse number look-up, but if it's a cell phone number or non-published, it won't be there.

anywho.com reverse lookup does very well except for cell phones and internal extensions for businesses.
