Is it possible to use a laptop as a PA system?

If there exists a program to install, I don't see why not. The only thing I could think of is the limitation to how many channels, unless one was to scroll over every time they needed to check on the 40th channel or so that didn't fit on the screen....But if you are talking about the actual PA system itself, NO, no way. Maybe just the mixer like I was talking about...
