my job is plugging in internet phones in job centers accross the country, so the only chance i get 2 sit down is lunch (more just a bigger snack 4 me, carry food EVERYWHERE with me now...lol..any excuse!) or when we're on our way back home. thing is i'm self employed, so if i stop working now, or take too many days off i won't have any money coming in!

Relax Braxton Hicks are not any where as painful as the real deal. It is your body preparing for what is to come. You will get used to them. I also 12+ hours a week is a healthcare setting. Just take your day slowly and try not to stress out. But there is no reason why you can not work b/c of Braxton Hicks. Good luck.

It is traditional. I had began getting braxton hicks from 20 weeks on. Sometimes they may be able to be the truly deal. Just maintain an eye fixed on them and if they're near in combination like two-four minutes aside and it lasts for extra then 30mins then move to the sanatorium and phone your Doctor.

I started having BH contractions around the same time. Mine actually became legitimate contractions so I was hospitalized for 2 weeks. The nurses would run in and ask "You are feeling those, right?" and I said "Of course, are you kidding me?" They were very painful in some cases. Not that you are having real contractions but just keep track of them for a day and see what you get (number, duration, etc). I would be careful working such long hours.

I had the same thing. You need to relax. I was geting them about twice a month. I don't know what type of work you do but I was working at job that required me to be on my feet alot and was told that being on yur feet can bring them on I was put off work at 7 1/2 mths because they came more frequent. Just keep track of them and mention them at doctor apts.

Try to stay off your feet as much as possible, if that is possible with your job. Yes, it's normal I had painful Braxton Hicks when I was 6 months pregnant.

This is completely normal. I started having them at 5 months. If you start to feel funny ... like you feel like you are going to have your baby early. Don't let anyone tell you different. You know what is going on in your body. I wasn't due till Dec 31 and on Thanksgiving I kept saying " i know this baby is coming sooner" Everyone kept saying that because this was my first pregnancy I would go late. I had her the next day!! She is completely fine ... so don't be worried if your baby decides to come early !!

YOu're fine. Try to relax and yes, go to work but realize you may have to stop and relax if you go through another bout of the braxtons again.

I started having them when I was 5 months. As long as you don't stress out everything will be fine.

Don't worry as long as they don't become frequent or regular. Take the day off and relax.
