how can i get espeon in pokemon fire red?

You can't get Espeon in fire red. You'll need to trade over an eevee into Emerald, Ruby or Sapphire since they have clocks. Raise eevee during the day from level 5 and it should evolve by level 30 in the day into Espeon. If it evolves at night it'll evolve into Umbreon.

Then just trade it back to Fire red.
