I think you over reacted! I would encourage you to apologize for blowing things out of proportion. But you do not have to apologize for how you felt.
She does not owe you an explanation of what the conversation was about or with whom. However, it would have been a good idea if she had contacted you to let you know she was unable to make it.
If apologizing doesn't get you anywhere, I would just leave the situation alone. It sounds like both of you have different ways of handling situations. It sounds like you both still have some growing up to do.

should you have apologized maybe, But she also should have apologized for stand you up, But if she told she was in a middle of conversation, But not going through the whole deal tails what was happening maybe because it might be to private where she is not comfortable to talk to you about it. yet or maybe she will never talk about it, But I think if the relationship mean that much to you
Then sit down explain that you might have over reacted because you was so disappointed for her not showing and hurt, when she what to talk it about , Your still her friend to lean on , If she ever does, and see where this bring it, Show your the bigger person .. Again I hope this might help,

Hey if there's somebody who should apologize, it should be the other party. You should not try to make the first move coz it's obvious she is not interested in your friendship anymore or she could have gone and explained and apologized to you for her behaviour. Perhaps it's better to distance yourself from her for the meantime and give her the chance to explain things to you. If she doesn't well forget about your friendship. OR have you done something which may have hurt her? Pls examine yourself closely coz if you have unintentionally done something which you think might have hurt her, then by all means, apologize.

No. She was supposed to meet you so she should be apologizing. Unless there is more to the story. You should,t feel a way and you really should go on to be around friends who care about your time and feelings.

you should apologize for yelling....even if you are angry you shouldn't yell, you don't know her side of the story. someone could have died or been kidnapped (God forbid) you simply don't know. so yes you should start a conversation and get her side of the story. then move on from there.
