You certainly have a twisted view of things, don't you? Do you really believe that Bush is at fault for all of this? Do you really believe that Bush was responsible for the 9/11 attacks? Do you really believe that the war in Iraq was because of a stupid threat to his dad?
My gosh. It is unbelievable what some of you people believe. These extremists in the Middle East have been gunning for the U.S. and other free nations for some time now. It's about time we actually do something about it.
Patrick Henry said, give me freedom or give me death. I, for one, have no desire to lose my freedoms. The extremists seem bent on taking those freedoms away from all. It's about time to quash those who would who attack and those who give aid and support to the attackers.

Get a grip. The UN hates America. The "security council" has as its five members Russia, US, China, Iran, and some other country that hates us. The UN is a pain in the *** and we would be better off without it in my opinion. I can't wait for the law to be repealed that says the CIA can't assasinate people anymore. Did you know that we are the only country in the world with such a law? Grow up and realize that war is on our doorstep and we do well to keep it away from our shores. The government has access to a lot more information than we do. Especially since we can only get our information from the liberal media that only wants to make sensational headlines. Some day you are going to realize that the majority of the world (including politicians) are only out for themselves. Think for yourself and always use your head. Intelligence is believing half of what you hear, brilliance is knowing which half to believe.

IF the UN were the robot of Bush. It would have been UN troops who took out Saddam. Darfur would be under the control of UN troops. North Korea would be totally isolated from the rest of the world. And Sunni and Shiite would live in harmony.
So the answer to your question would be no, the UN is NOT a robot of Bush.

I don't think the UN is a robot of Bush or Evangelical set that was so enthusiastic in their support for him. These folks don't like the UN. They call it corrupt, anti-American, etc. One thing I notice, though, is that the Israel lobby has successfully bought the US Congress and in turn uses the UN as a tool to continue the collective punishment, subjugation, humiliation of the illegal occupation. The US vetoes anything that recognizes the crimes of Israel or suffering of the Palestinians and has done so for decades, ever since US officials started taking money from ruthless Israel lobbyists who can now make or break a campaign.

No. There are too many countries that don't like us. I think the U.N. makes up it's own mind a lot of the time.
