but if they want to wait longer than that then that's ok
it also depends on if they can walk in them properly.
I hate to see girls wearing heels that they can't walk in and look very uncomfortable. so at the end of the day I think the height depends on your comfort level

Girls..should never wear four inch heels!! That should be reserved for women. I didn't start wearing 3-4 inch heels until I was 22.

i'm 14 and slightly taller than you (5'8) and that i positioned on any heels. yet a mess of human beings can't positioned on heels (I artwork in a shoe save, so each so often I even ought to positioned on heels for activities and stuff) so start up with wedge heels at 14-15 years of age.

They shouldn't. Not for any personal reason the truth: High heels are unhealthy, wearing them too often shortens the calf muscles and causes back pain. Women should not wear anything with more than 2 inches, it simply isn't healthy espesially at a young age.

i say 13 only if you can walk in them. if you're falling over wait till your 15. Don't get skinny ones you'll fall or get it stuck some where
