That is due to a little thing called "parole" that the liberals implemented.

--BTW, heat-of-the-moment acts are NOT murder, they are classified as manslaughter and are treated differently. Murder ALWAYS requires the intent to kill.

Keep in mind that there are varying degrees of murder - it's not always thinking out a plan to kill someone and then implementing it.

the term "murder" also includes heat-of-the-moment acts, which often get sentences closer to ten years than to life.

While I agree that first-degree murder should result in life imprisonment without parole, I'm willing to say that there are gray areas between murder and manslaughter that need to be looked at individually and that not all crimes are equal.

yes... but everything is done for a reason, so it's not worth worrying about. murderers are murderers for a reason.
