There should be a multi pronged strategy to control population. I think the Government does not have the necessasry will to implement measures of family planning.

There is no overpopulation. Europe bought into that idea-and look at them now. No European children, but many, many immigrant children. This world is crowed only in some big cities-everywhere else is empty. Every human alive today could fit into the city limits of Jacksonville, Florida. It would be a squeeze but they would all fit. Use the whole state, and there would be walking around room. Add to that Georgia, Alabama, and Mississippi-and every one could have a small farm with plenty of room for schools, hospitals, shopping centers and space left over. This world is not overpopulated.

Of course we (the nations of the world) could enforce birth control (Yeah..when Pigs Fly)...on the other hand " Mother Nature " has this way of correcting such things, in time, or we will merely eradicate humanity all by ourselves.
