I used to like the very early rap music like the Sugarhill Gang et al, but the stuff they churn out these days just seems so repetitive and boring to me. Having said that, I think it's a matter of each to her/his own, so long as you don't force your taste of music on others.

Not a fan of rap at all! Most of them just copy someone else's songs then proceed to ruin a great song and the words are just so stupid! Eminem is the only one that I have seen that is talented at words. I love the Chili Peppers!!!They are awesome!

i dont like rap music at all mainly because it seems hard to understand. i agree with you i like red hot chilli peppers, as well as U2, some of oasis too.

I have an "ASBO-worthy" neighbour who listenes to this sort of stuff - I could hardly allow it to possess the same definition as mainstream music.
Besides which, the c is silent in rap

I don't hate ANY category of music, I may not like individual songs. If it has a good meaning or is true and a good sound, it's all good.

the beat is cool. but these rappers are cool because they are way younger then the chill peppers. sometimes you cant understand what rock artists are saying. hope this helps.
