I never got to see the ending to either one. Did Ross end up with Rachel? Did Carrie choose Big ? Could you please help me? I see the repeats all the time and was wondering what happened.

I never watched friends, nut in Sex and The CIty, Big went to Paris to get back Carrie, and arrives just as Carrie is walking out, after being slapped by Patrovski. Big is like "He hit you???" And storms up to punch him out, Carrie chases him up the stairs and grabs him before he can. The last scene Carrie walks into the cafe, where she used to go with the girls, and they were all "YAY!! You came back?" And then Carrie is walking down the streets of New York and she gets a phone call.... Big is ringing her, and it says "JOHN" on the caller ID!! WOW!

Ross does end up with Rachel. I don't know about Carrie and Big.

On the series finale of Friends...Rachel leaves for the airport for Paris for her new job. Ross decides he can't let her leave so he and Phoebe decide to chase after her so Ross can profess his love. Ross manages to get to Rachel before she boards the plane, but she says she's made up her mind and gets on the plane anyway. Ross goes back to his apartment and plays his messages. Rachel has called from the plane and she slowly realizes that she truly does love Ross and she desperately tries to get off the plane, but the stewardess won't let her. Ross screams at the message "let her off the plane" and the message ends. Ross asks out loud if she got off the plane and we hear Rachel say from his doorway, "I got off the plane." They embrace :) AHHH!!! Also, Monica and Chandler become the proud parents of twins!!
On the series finale of Sex and the City (WHICH I WOULD RECOMMEND WATCHING!!!)...Big meets up with Charlotte, Miranda and Samantha and asks for their advice in whether he should go to Paris and tell Carrie he loves her. The girls tell him to go for it and he jets off to Paris to look for Carrie. Meanwhile, Carrie is miserable in Paris. Alexsandr is busy with his work and when Carrie calls him on it, he gets upset and accidentally hits her. Carrie tells him it's over and goes downstairs to the hotel lobby to get another room. At that moment, Big walks into the lobby and sees her. When he learns that Alexsandr hit her, he runs upstairs to confront the Russian. Carrie runs after him and manages to trip him before he can get to Alexsandr's room. The two roll on the floor, laughing. Eventually, Big tells Carrie he loves her and they jump on a plane for home. We learn at the very end that Big's real name is John and he's just sold his house in California so he'll be a New Yorker again soon!! -- Again, rent this episode off Netflix or whereever you get your movies, because it is so good!!!

The friends had too much sex in the city, so they moved to the country to recuperate.
