You can learn your IP at www.IPchicken.com and I don't know if it works with the port. Does it say it conflicts?

IP= Internet Protocol
every program usses different ports to be able to go on the internet and find its matches, each device that needs to go on the internet needs an IPaddress, like every house need an address.
IP and port both at the same time is called Socket.
So no the address will not work without the port.

Applications running on computers use ports. The IP address is the address of the whole machine. The port is used by some application running on the machine, so if you want to communicate with an application (which you usually do) you will need to know the port it's running on.
