General Grevious or Count Dooku are pretty lame.I think his kids thought of those crap names.Obi-Wan Kenobi had the coolest name.

There are a lot of weird names throughout the movies, such as Jabba, Chewbacca, Boba Fett, etc. I would say Han Solo is the best name. The stupiest *sounding* character would be Jar Jar Binks.

Jar Jar Binks. Or pick an Ewok. (Though I don't remember if they gave Ewok names in Return of the Jedi, or if it was just in that crazy Ewok movie...)

I think the dumbest name was Greedo. It just didn't seem very creative, when you think about how he's ransoming Han... who, by the by, has the coolest name. Han Solo. Come on!
