I hear someone said taking a morning constichtwosional. What is the meaning please? I do not know if I am spelling the secon word correct.

A morning constitutional means a brisk walk to get the blood flowing.

Although some interpret it as a morning bowel movement.

It's spelt 'constitutional' It means goin for a walk in the morning for the benefit of your bodily health - 'constitution'. Now rather archaic and/or jokey.
