My friend hates my other friend. And she wants me not to hang out with her but i did because i felt sorry for my other friend because she's all alone and decide to help her out. When they found out im hanging with my other friend they hate they start to get pissed with me that they avoided me.

What I would encourage you to do is work on the definition of friend. Why? Because friends don't get angry because you have another friend. When they are angry with you for your friendship with another, they are indicating that they don't thing they deserve you as a friend and must manipulate you into keeping them as a friend. They don't feel good about themselves, in other words.

what you could do is that you can be both of there friends and then when one wants to hang out you just go alone and chill and do that with both the friends and if you happen to have plans with one friend and the other wants to chill with you just say that you have plans and you cant hang out that is all i would do that lol but that is just me lol
