Could be a sign of teething....if you feel uneasy, consult a nurse
or see the doc

sounds klike teething. If baby fever meds are not working within a hr..or the fever comes back after giving the meds in under 2 get the baby in.
I had afreeind whos baby fever reached so hight that brain damage had occured. Most Dr. will not even see the baby if the fever is not at least 101f. If this has been going off and of for some time..it may be wise to double check by having your child examine by a doctor.Warning: Do not put the baby in cold water to bring fever down...luke warm is best. Cold can cause shock.

A fever is not a sign of teething....she probably has a virus. Give her tylenol/motrin. Also take all her clothes off(diaper not included) and let her lay around like that. If it doesn't help give her a lukewarm bath(NEVER NEVER cold) If after 3 days she still has a temp then an appointment with the doc would be a good idea...and of course if it gets really high or won't come down with all of these practices. Also she needs plenty of fluids to keep her from getting dehydrated.

Your 7 month old should not be eating Anything with seeds in it!
All of her food should be vitamised (or mushy) because her tummy isn't mature enough to handle big bits yet!
If you are not sure what to feed her there are many sites with easy recipes, and the bottled stuff is pretty good too.

Teething has side effects , fever, red cheeks, fretfulness, lots of drooling, but if she has a fever you should go to the DR just check out it's not anything else that could be more serious!

If you take her temp often you should be able to tell at what temp she regularly runs at (everybody has a slightly different running temp, my babies is 36.2, mine is 36.9 it helps to know this so you can see easily when her temp goes up)

don't know about seeds but that sounds like teething. they get sick and fever and runny butts and when it sover all this clears up sometimes bad diaper rash can happen no matter what then you have to get this stuff from doc its good stuff but helps for that.

ALWAYS take a baby to the doctor when they have a fever. Fevers can be deadly. Seriously, just go.
