Yes, your balance will be whatever the amount of the check is minus the 74.00

Not sure what your asking. Why would the bank take it out? Do you owe money to them? If you have a negative balance with the bank, yes they will take it. You owe it to them.

If you have money direct depositied, its the same thing as you taking a check and walking to the bank to deposit it. The only difference, that check never touches your hands.

ya when you deposit the money back into the account it may or may not correct the negitive balance cause of the over draft charges so you could be negitive 100 bucks or so cause of the over draft charges and the check may or may not cover the negitive balance so my suggestion is to go to the bank and fix it ASAP cause you will get calls and such to fix it from the bank if the check you deposited in there does not fully cover the negitive balance then if you continue writing checks from the account it they will all bounce left and right and THEN the bank will go to more serious measures of correcting the negitive balance meaning cops may get involved

The bank is not taking anything. You have already taken it from the bank with the overdraft.

What would expect to happen? There is only one account. If it is negative and you put money in, it brings the negative to a positive. It's just simple math.

There is no check with direct deposit.

They do that electronic.

Credited to your account right away.

(Check with the bank to be sure when you can take out funds)

Some banks do and others send you a bill, so the best thing to do is call the bank and ask.

Either call the bank or go in person and ask the rep. to explain in simple terms about your account...this is important for you to have peace of mind...I hope this helps.

the 74 will be deducted from whatever you deposit. you'll probably also have to pay an overdraft fee and if you don't have bounce protection, you'll probably have to pay a fee to whomever you wrote the "bad" ckeck to. sorry 'bout your luck!

What do you mean take it out?
If it's going into your account, no one's authorized to take it out but you or a caregiver authorized by you to take it out.
