i pinch the bottom of the nose, for bout three secs and then quickly let go. they wake up thinking it's of their own accord and then stop snoring....pure evil genius

If you wait long enough they will scare themselves with their snoring and wake themselves up. It doesnt stop it but it is hilarious to watch.
If you need them to stop snoring so you can sleep have them lay on their side when they go to sleep. It will help open up their airways.

My husband snores so loud, that one day when we were at a hotel the people literally pounded on the wall to shut him up. I usually elbow him and tell him to roll over so he can at least stop snoring for a minute or two.

I poke my husband and tell he was snoring
half the time he'll roll over, go back to sleep, but STOP snoring
the other half, he insists that he was not asleep, and therefore not snoring, but nonetheless, he rolls over, goes back to sleep, and he STOPS snoring

i push my hubby and tell him to shut the f*** up......but now he has a cpap machine and no more snoring......thank the Lord

i elbow and kick by husband to wake him up...but then he falls right back asleep in two minutes...so i just deal with it
