upload it using an FTP program. You will need the host url, the login name and the password for the account. If it is a public account then you would log into the account on the internet and likely find a built in tool to upload the file by browsing you own hard drive.

i am wondering whether this is apersonal site or business site...if its business i wld advise not to host it for free, cse website hosted for free tend to be filled with adverts and are always hidden in other existing websites online. The host pple can be googled online you wld choose one that has the best offer.

with the ftp you will need to discuss this with the company which will host you and then get advise from them on how you will maneouvre around transfering the site from local to there server.

you should install file transfer protocol software(ftp) you can purchase them online google it too or u might download it free online. i myself us SecureFX as my ftp and i find it userfriendly but their are alot others. all proceedures will be given to you by the host company pswd plus user id and use the tutorial or help doc. when using the ftp for aclear insight on how go around it
