LMAO are you serious, actually a 25 y/o and a 37 year old isn't really that bad if you ask me. All you have to do is hang out in bars and you'll find younger girls there. Some chicks might find it hot that you are older than them. My fiance is 39 and I'm 29, I think he's hot as hell and the best guy ever.

make sure you wear a nice aftrershave. get your hair cut (unless the particular woman is into the grundgy tpe) and dress well. i love a man who can dress well. i like suits and ties and trench coats. but you dont have to do this every time u go out. wear a smart pair of jeans and a nice shirt. (white shoes are a big no-no).
talk to her face and not her breasts! no cheesy chat up lines. just be yourself. but dont be too confident! that can be mistaken for being a big head!
actually be interested in what she has to say rather than just thinking about getting in her underwear!. and smile:D women like a nice smile.

I don't think there is any one thing. Personality is a big one for me. I don't care if you are Fabio, and your personality sucks (and I think Fabio's personality sucks), I and many others are not interested.
Guys and women that are HOT to me, have that indescribable quality of drawing you in and "being" with you in the moment. It's hard to explain. They "engage" all of you ... body, mind and spirit. One thing I notice, they always, always have a quick sense of humour, are self assured, and open.
