Of course, and I returned things to walmart that I bought else where and I returned things to office depot that I bought at office max (I brought the wrong ink cartridge by mistake and office max closed) I waited for Christmas to be over where returns were more acceptable and exchanged them. Then I returned this merry go round figure to a store and got another because I had two of the same.
My sister takes the cake she buys things at flea market and if they are still in the box she will return them to walmart.

No, I really don't have the nerve to do that, but I used to work in a grocery store and some people had the nerve to return FOOD opened and used because they were desperate for money.

I have. In my poorer youth, I did that when I needed to dress up and didn't have the clothes. I'd buy them, wear them, take them back.

My son does it with stuff from Best Buy all the time! He bought some item that you got a free item with. Used it for 2 weeks, took it back because he needed some money and kept his free item. It was worth about 30 bucks. He was so proud of himself it was scary.

Once in a while I go to use something and find it's missing a part or is broken or I find someone else has "enjoyed" it then returned it to the store. In those cases I send it back to the store.

Yep, I wore a pair of shoes to work for a whole day and went back and exchanged them at Wal Mart for a bigger size. Those people will take anything back. I thought about trying to turn my car in for a refund, but, I like my car.

Yes. I do that all the time with purses. I will carry a purse for a day or two and then decide I don't like it and return it.
