You ovulate at about day 14, if you have a 28 day cycle. Day 1 of your period is day 1. Your body temp. will begin to rise during ovulation, so take your temp.starting at about day 11. Another sign may be slight pains in your lower abdomen or back. Also your cervical mucous increasinf during this time.

Get an OPK and had ! I got pregnant twice (even though the first one did not work out as I miscarried at 7.5 weeks) within a few months by using it and I only had one fallopian tube! Have sex on the day the OPK turns postive and the two days after to be sure! Good luck!

Ten days before menstruation, and four days after it. That will have you in your fertile days. But you have to be regular in your menstruation cycle for that. And to predetermine the gender of the baby, do it immediately after menstruation, when the vaginal fluids will be liquid if you want a girl, and wait until your vaginal fluids become a little thick and elastic if you want a boy.
To know this, you take a sample of your fluids between your thumb and your index. Try to stretch it by opening your thumb and index. If it's elastic, that's the perfect time to have sex and get a boy.
Good luck!

you have to observe your own body.when you're used to, it's not a problem to know if you're ovulating.it's very easy, just observe your vagina mucus.this can easily be done when you urinate or just after, when you clean your vulva with toilet paper.at this moment, when you notice that it's sliding inside your vulva, and you have mucus, transparent on it, then it's time to make love with your dear one, because this is the time when you're ovulating. i have 3 children, they are grown up now, but I had difficulties to have them because did'nt ovulate...until I noticed this detail of the mucus, and it really works! even if your "cycles" are not regular (I didn't have "cycles" at all!)I use the word "cycle" because I'm French this is the word we use, and I'm too lazy to look in the dictionnary...sorry!
good luck!

Get a basal temperature thermometer and take your temp every morning *before getting out of bed*. When your temperature is higher than normal, then you are ovulating. Good luck!

The best way to ensure getting pregnant, is to have sex every other day. This is what I did and now I have a 3 month old daughter.
