I wouldnt you might just create a lot of enemies by doing this, and you dont need that.

No! but it might be a good idea to have a word with the colleague, saying if the colleague wants to carry on the affair he should end it with their partner or visa versa, they cant have both.

well you know the partner is always the last to know . I would stay out of it though because after all it is just a colleague. If it were a friend then yeah I probably would . I would feel bad though . good luck and I hope i helped.

It's none of your business how this person conducts their social life... all you have right now is suspicion... You will have destroyed two lives if your wrong... keep your eye on business... gossip in the office is for small minded people... If you are bored at work... pick up a good book... a colleagues personal affairs are no more your business than yours are to them. step away from the situation or have a heart to heart with the colleague if this "affair" is affecting their work... otherwise MYOB. who are you to be the moral compass of your workplace?

If you are very close friends to your colleague partners you will have to more than a thought, you will need some serious proof and even than they may not want to here it! Because know one wants to know that there spouse is cheating. If your reason is to be malicious that is juvenile. If you don't want to see them hurt you may want to approach your colleague first! But you better have some proof!! "Some date, time and place proof!"

No, colleagues are a work thing and their private life is exactly that, private.
I would be furious if anyone I work with thought they had any right to get involved in what I do in my time outside work. The two parts of life (work and home) are separate.

If I knew their partner I think I would.
Although really it is not your business. But I know
if my partner was having an affair I would hope that
someone would have the courage to tell me.
Follow your instincts. But be 100% certain!!

are you in a close friendshipp with yhese people?I think you should because being cheated on by somone you love is the worst pain in the world. You should give that other person the opportubity to leave and find someone that will be true to them. I HATE PEOPLE THAT CHEAT. Its so self centered and ignorant!!! Why cheat? If youre not happy just leave. Cheating never turns out for the good......unlesss you tell this person and open thier eyes.I was cheated on by my ex that i truly loved and it HURT LIKE HELL but i was happy that my eyes were opened and that i now have the chance to find true love...not imitation.

Only if you are friends with the partner and you can prove it. It will cause problems for you in the work environment and its not worth it having to watch out for someone who is wants to get you back.

It depends on how close you are to both of them. If you are not close, it might be better to stay out of it. Of course, if the colleague gets an STD or AIDS, and gives it to his or her partner, that might be kind of tricky...
